Q Who makes your products?

A: We make all of our products in our own factory and by doing this, we can guarantee the quality of the goods and oversee your order from start to finish.

Q How long will my order take?

A: All orders are despatched within 5 - 7 days from order but more often than not, they will leave us earlier than that.

Q How will you deliver my order ?

A: We use a combination of Royal Mail 1st Class and Courier delivery, Single item orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class and multiple orders will be sent via a courier.

Q What type of image do you need?

A: The best format for your files is JPG. Most digital photos are already in this format so there's no need to change anything. We can also accept all other major file types such as TIFF, PDF, PSD.

Q Does my double-sided cushion have the same photo on both sides?

A: Only if that’s what you want to order! Just upload the images that you want on the cushion and we'll do the rest!

Q How will my photo look on the finished product?

A: Fantastic! Greatphotogifts uses colour calibrated print technology to ensure that we give you the best possible results available. Please bare in mind that the finished product can only ever be as good as the original.

Q What if it's not my picture?

A: In submitting the order, the customer confirms that they own the rights to their respective photo or have obtained the relevant written permissions where necessary. You agree that you retain or have obtained the relevant intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the images that you have submitted to us for reproduction.

Q Will the print fade?

A: The printed product should last you a lifetime if you look after it. If the product is exposed to strong direct sunlight on a constant basis then over time the image will become less vibrant.

Q I am having problems uploading my image.

A: That’s no problem, just call us on 0844 8466017 between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday.
